When you order from PresGogs you are accepting the following terms and conditions and are bound by them. This contract will be governed by English Law.
Your Goggles
PresGogs swimming goggles are to be used as a swimming aid and are not a substitute for prescription glasses.
Placing Your Order
All orders received by PresGogs require payment through PayPal, including credit/debit cards. Please view their terms and conditions of use along with their privacy policy for further details. PresGogs will never have access to your personal banking information.
Once an order has been placed and payment received, PresGogs will despatch your order within 4 working days, save the following conditions:
1. We are unable to process payment for the order.
2. The items requested are out of stock.
PresGogs have made every effort to make sure that all product information and pricing is correct at time of purchase.
All customers must be aware that a delivery charge may be levied. In this case the full amount will be displayed before completion of purchase.
Returns Policy
Once your goggles have been received you may return them to us in an unused condition within 14 days. For more information about returns, and for our returns form, please see Refunds and Returns.
Liability Limitation
PresGogs will not take any responsibility for the damage of our product through misuse or misadventure.
Privacy Policy
1. Legal Entity
PresGogs is an online business.
2. Primary Business Activity
Primary activity is the provision of prescription swimming goggles in accordance with the customers specific requirements. Available for purchase from our website.
3. Your Personal Data
PresGogs’s website transactions are undertaken by PayPal and that requires you to provide an email address, to allow us to correspond with you and confirm receipt of your order, and a delivery address. The information is stored by PayPal but it is not shared with any other third party (except as required by law).
Your data is also stored after your order has been despatched so that we can provide an after-sales service and to welcome your repeat business but only in compliance with legal obligations.
4. Data processed directly by third parties
Any payment information you provide will be processed directly by secure PCI (Payment Card Industry) Level 1 compliant payment gateway providers. We also use Google AdWords for advertising and marketing purposes, to see how Google use personal data, you can refer to their privacy policy here.
5. Security Procedures
In accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) PresGogs observe all reasonable procedures to prevent unauthorised access and misuse of personal information. We use appropriate business systems and procedures to protect and safeguard any personal information given to us. Only authorised personnel are permitted to access personal information in the course of their work.
6. Control of your Personal Data
You have the right to access data that is stored by us. The data that PresGogs hold about you will be that which is shown on your Confirmation of Order document. You can email or write to us if you wish to request an overview of your personal data.
You can also email or write to us if you believe that the personal information we have for you is incorrect, if you believe that we are no longer entitled to use your personal data or if you have any other questions about how your personal information is used or about the Privacy Statement.
7. Reviews
You may also be asked to send feedback after your purchase in order for PresGogs to further improve our service. Your email address will be used for this purpose. If you complete a review it may be posted on the PresGogs website. However, no identifying details will ever be attached to a review posting.

Shipping and Delivery
All orders are processed daily between 9AM and 5PM. Any orders made before 1PM will be processed on the same day and will be despatched within 4 working days.
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery, which aims to deliver within 2 working days.
If you require your order more urgently, please contact us and we can arrange for next day delivery at an additional cost.
Refunds and Returns
We pride ourselves on the quality of our goggles and our customer support.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return them to us in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
